HOW DO I WORK?

My approach

I try to create a space to welcome your story, listen to what your body and emotions have to say, and make you feel safe.

Together we will discover the meaning behind your discomfort.

Healing is about listening to yourself and becoming aware: Letting go of what no longer serves you and inhabiting your inner self with more peace!

My goal is to guide my patients in the search for their safe haven within themselves through listening to their bodies and emotions.

Feeling safe is the foundation upon which our emotional and mental well-being is built. This sense of security is established in early childhood through our relationship with our parents. From the time we are babies, the way our caregivers convey security to us influences how we relate to the world.

Early experiences shape our relational patterns in adulthood, determining whether we become well-adjusted and functional adults or, conversely, whether we carry dysfunctions and difficulties in our interactions. It is crucial to recognize that a lack of secure attachment can generate internal conflicts and limitations in our daily lives.

Through a holistic approach, my goal is to accompany my patients on their healing journeys, helping them reconnect with their true selves and establish healthier relationships with themselves and others. I also incorporate a psychosomatic approach into my practice, which means I encourage my patients to listen to and heed their body's signals. The body has memory and can store emotional experiences; therefore, by paying attention to these sensations, we can access a deeper understanding of ourselves and facilitate the healing process.
